Mantova and the Mincio park Italy by bike

We arrive in time for the show that the sun go down to the waters of the three lakes, formed the Mincio, which surround on three sides. It will give some time to visit by bike the historic city center, the Palazzo Ducale and that of Tea Place. After dinner discover the magic night in the city of Gonzaga. The next day we’ll go to the oltepò: along the Mincio river will go down from the Court of the poet Virgil to the dam Governolo and returning to Mantua after covering a stretch of the river Po. The third day will cycle along a cyclepath that leads to Lake Garda and diverting to Rivalta where you take the boat (with the bike) and you must cross the park Mincio in marshes full of water birds around the sanctuary “delle Grazie”. On arrival at Mantua it will resume the bike to go even bicycle paths along the lake.

1st day: Arrive to Mantova in the morning – tour by bike of the city and three lakes by bike; 40 km ca
2nd day: Mantova – S. Benedetto - Borgoforte – Mantova; 55 km ca
3rd day: Mantova - Rivalta - Mincio park– Le Grazie – by boat + bike to Mantova; 30 km ca, end about 4/5 PM

The trip go along cyclepats, the banks of rivers and Mincio Po and on secondary roads with little traffic. Presence of some dirt simple. Completely flat.
