The
tour starts at
Bolzano
and follows
the
Brenta river by the Valsugana valley, going along
Caldonazzo lake. We reach Bassano town, well known for its pottery
factories, for "Grappa" mountain and for "grappa" (the famous local spirits).
Crossing Asolo town, with its porch streets and its palaces
painted in fresco, we arrive at
Treviso
,
pretty little town builded on channels and surrounded by 15
Century walls. A wonderful bike track in the green of the
Regional
Park
follows river Sile up
on the outskirts
to
Venezia
