The
tour starts at
Trento
and follows Brenta river by the Valsugana valley, going along
Caldonazzo lake. We reach Bassano town, well known for its pottery
factories and for "grappa" (the famous local spirits).
Crossing Asolo town, with its porch streets and its palaces
painted in fresco, we arrive at
Treviso
,
pretty little town builded on channels and surrounded by 15
Century walls. A wonderful bike track in the green of the
Regional
Park
follows river Sile up to Cavallino, from here we follow channel
Pordelio until Treporti. With a ferryboat we reach
Lido of Venezia, starting point of our visit to
Venice, our gorgeous final
destination.

cyclepaths and some dirt patches in
